I'm a past-professional football player turned Managing Director that is passionate about bringing the best out of the team and giving them the tools to succeed.
Having transitioned from the football pitch to the office, I understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration and work to create a positive work environment that delivers successful results for my team, candidates, and clients.
Alongside unearthing talent and ensuring that the MRJ wheels remain polished and working, I also organise an inaugural charity fundraiser in aid of The Christie Charity and am proud to play a key role in Tech Leads NW (a meet up for technology leaders to share ideas).
