With an aggressive 3-year expansion plan is in place and a KEY client onboarded, they’re looking for a proven Agile Delivery Lead to oversee the account and drive agile transformation.
Immediate Start | Hybrid work model (3 days in a central London office) | Competitive salary of £65k - £75k (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish High-Performing Teams: Build and lead agile delivery squads, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Champion Agile Methodologies: Promote and implement agile principles, practices, and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) across the organisation.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise delivery processes, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Oversee Delivery: Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Agile Delivery Lead – Skills needed:
- Proven Experience: experience as an Agile Delivery Lead or similar role.
- Financial Services Expertise: A deep understanding of the financial services industry, including regulatory requirements and business challenges.
- Consultancy Background: A strong preference for candidates with experience in a consultancy environment, working with diverse clients.
- Agile Proficiency: A solid grasp of agile methodologies and tools, with a track record of successful implementation.
- Leadership Skills: The ability to inspire and motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
