A visionary B2C brand leader in the FMCG industry is searching for a Campaign Ambassador to propel their ethical wellness brand to even greater heights.
By challenging convention and pushing for constant innovation, they've been able to capture a unique niche across the beverages with virtually no challengers. Now with a firm presence established, they're looking to push their standing even further and need a creative person with expertise in digital and offline marketing to join their team as a Brand/Campaign Manager!
Salary £35k - £40k + 10% bonus | Hybrid 3 days in Cheshire
In this newly created role, the ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of both digital and offline marketing channels, leveraging them and overseeing multi-channel campaigns to shape the brands voice and achieve their overall company mission – to be a leading figure across key sectors of the FMCG market.
Some of the key things you’ll be doing include:
- Craft and oversee the image of several brands and ensure company voice is being maintained
- Build relationships with social media stars, bloggers, and celebrities to promote the brands.
- Develop plans to increase brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, and followers on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Create new ideas for social media, including partnerships, contests, giveaways, and influencer content.
- Ensure all social media content reflects the unique personality of each brand.
- Keep up with what's popular in the industry, culture, and what competitors are doing to ensure the brands stay relevant.
- Plan and run exciting brand activations and pop-up events.
- Produce engaging and informative content that can be used across different marketing campaigns, both paid advertising and organic outreach.
- Work with freelance creators and any agencies to produce the content.
- Analyse how well campaigns perform and use this information to improve future efforts.
- Take charge of the marketing strategy for launch events, festivals, sporting events, and similar occasions.
What skills do you need to succeed?
- MUST HAVE: exposure to the FMCG market with a particular focus on drinks & beverages
- Thrives in fast-paced environments & inspires teams
- E-commerce experience in brand strategy & social media
- Data-driven marketer that can analyse results & optimise strategies
- Highly organised & comfortable presenting findings
- Creative & commercial thinker: Works strategically & operationally
- Social media & content creation expert (influencer outreach, posting)
- Confident content execution with strong design skills (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Works well under pressure & meets deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
