We're on the lookout for a Mid-Level Business Analyst who's excited to work in a fast-paced, software-driven environment where your strategic thinking and ability to connect the dots between tech and business will be key!
🌍 Location & Policy: Hybrid working in Manchester (MUST be based in the UK with no visa/sponsorship needed)
💸 Salary: Up to £55k + EXCELLENT perks (DOE)
Your Mission:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and prioritise requirements that drive key business outcomes.
- Help shape the product backlog and contribute to sprint planning with a keen eye on what's important for business growth.
- Bring clarity to complex requirements and ensure that delivery is aligned with business objectives.
- Play a key role in crafting processes that optimise the end-to-end client journey.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- Get to know the business inside-out and recommend ways to refine operations, especially in Sales, Marketing, and Service.
