Contract Business Analyst | Product Owner
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst | Product Owner to join one of Europe’s leading eCommerce companies on a contract basis and embed themselves within a proven and highly successful engineering squad.
Location: Hybrid with 2 days per week in a Manchester office (must be based in the UK without visa or sponsorship requirements)
Duration: 3 months initial (strong likelihood of extension)
Rate: £350 per day (Inside IR35)
Start: ASAP
What you’ll be doing:
- Working in a fast-paced eCommerce/retail environment
- Refining tickets, ensuring clear requirements for developers
- Collaborating with engineering teams to manage backlogs and priorities
- Acting as a bridge between tech & business teams to align goals
- Leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups
- Gathering & documenting requirements for backend-heavy projects
- Supporting product discovery and roadmap discussions
What we’re looking for:
- 4-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner
- Strong background in retail or eCommerce
- Ability to thrive in a high-speed, agile environment
