CRM Executive

We are looking for a motivated, driven and creative CRM expert with ample experience in email marketing to join one of the biggest b2b acquisition and engagement brands in the UK today.

Location | Workplace Policy: Hybrid 3 days working from Huddersfield office

Salary: £27k + great perks (30 days holiday from onset, maternity + paternity, discounts + more)

Playing a key role in the retention and engagement of the brands extensive customer base, the ideal applicant will be experienced at working with multiple campaigns, weekly email sends, push notifications and more.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage email marketing campaigns to keep members engaged and satisfied.
• Work with the CRM team to create and improve automated marketing.
• Plan and run daily member engagement programs.
• Use customer data to send personalized emails.
• Help the CRM team with big projects.
• Always ensure compliance with company policies in line with ISO 27001:2013, BS 10012:2017, ISO 50001:2018, ISO 22301:2019.

What skills do you need?

• Relevant commercial experience in a similar CRM or marketing role
• Comfortable analysing data and using it to shape strategies
• Calm under pressure and able to work calmly to KPIs etc.
• Experienced in reading and editing HTMLs
• Skilled stakeholder manager that can work to agreed timescales
• Excellent communication skills
• Experienced working across Microsoft office
• Experience working with an email service provider (particularly Iterable) is desirable.
• High attention to detail that can proofread to a high standard
• Self-motivated
