This is your chance to join a company that powers some of the UK’s most recognisable businesses with innovative solutions, built on collaboration, creativity, and real impact.

In this hands-on role, you won’t just set strategy—you’ll execute it. Leading a small team, you’ll play an active role in campaign delivery, ensuring customer communications are engaging, data-driven, and results-focused.

You'll be part of a tight-knit, high-performing marketing team that spans CRM, performance, brand, creative, and social—working together to craft compelling campaigns that strengthen customer relationships and drive long-term success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the CRM strategy, ensuring campaigns drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Take a lead-from-the-front approach, rolling up your sleeves to plan, build, send, and optimise campaigns across email, push, in-app messaging, SMS, and direct mail.
  • Manage and mentor a CRM Executive, supporting their development while ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard.
  • Develop customer journey automations that enhance onboarding, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Use data and segmentation to personalise messaging and improve customer experience.
  • Implement A/B testing and performance tracking, using insights to refine campaign effectiveness.
  • Work cross-functionally with the wider marketing team, customer services, and analytics to ensure CRM initiatives align with business goals.

The details:

  • Salary: Up to £45,000
  • Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in Huddersfield (must be based in the UK without visa or sponsorship requirements)

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of CRM experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • A CRM specialist who isn’t afraid to get stuck in, with experience managing end-to-end campaigns.
  • Experience leading or mentoring a small team.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and automation.
  • Data-driven mindset—able to analyse performance metrics and translate them into actionable improvements.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, DotDigital).
  • A proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for delivering engaging customer experiences.

Why Join?

This is a fantastic opportunity for a CRM professional who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative marketing team, working for a business that truly values customer engagement. If you’re looking for a role where you can make a real impact while staying close to the action, we’d love to hear from you!
