We're partnering with a leading digital platform in the finance space, known for empowering individuals and small businesses with financial insights. They've recently made a significant splash, launching a huge, big game advert in 2025, signalling a major investment in brand awareness and growth.

With momentum now firmly established they're looking for talented individuals to help them on a contract basis and be part of the next wave in their journey. They're seeking a contract CRO Lead to dive into their website, spot opportunities, and drive real commercial impact during a 12 month FTC.

Ideal applicants will be obsessed with online user behaviour, conversion optimisation, and delivering actionable insights. This is a hands-on role, leading workshops, analysing data, and championing ideas across SEO, Content, Commercial, and Performance Marketing teams. Expect a dynamic environment, with a fully remote working arrangement!


Responsibilities:

  • Analyse site performance, identify issues, and collaborate with teams for improvements.
  • Optimise customer journeys to boost conversion rates.
  • Manage A/B and multivariate tests, analyse results, and implement actionable insights.
  • Detect trends in user behaviour and turn them into business opportunities.
  • Share CRO best practices and engage with stakeholders to track progress.


About You:

  • Proactive, with a strong understanding of e-commerce and conversion optimisation.
  • Skilled in data analysis and A/B testing tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
  • Strong communicator, able to present insights and collaborate with teams.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and staying updated on CRO trends.

Essential:

  • 5+ years of CRO experience, ideally in e-commerce.
  • Proven track record in driving growth through CRO initiatives.
  • Expertise in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and SEMrush.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and project management skills.
