Salary: Up to £80k (DOE) + great perks

Location: 4 days in MCR city centre office (Applicants MUST be based in the UK without visa/sponsorship requirements)


⌛️ But they're not resting on their laurels. They're constantly evolving, adapting, and pushing the boundaries of innovation. That's why they need a skilled Delivery Lead to oversee projects (at up to £3,000,000) and ensure they are operational, successful & satisfying stakeholders.


What will you be doing?

  • Ensure dependencies are constantly attended
  • Manage stakeholders’ expectations regarding scope, timeframes and investments
  • Work diligently to remain on schedule and ensure communication is upheld through all parties
  • Define metrics during delivery of projects for teams
  • Drive relative sizing and calibration to establish uncalibrated schedule.
  • Ensure that epics are elaborated sufficiently to relatively size
  • Analyse current metrics and drivers to manage timeline expectations according to scope, capacity, or schedule
  • Collab with product owners on the release of new features/epics
  • Remain aware of any issues, assumptions, risks that may arise and ensure they are worked against and communicated


Core skills

  • Thorough understanding of agile frameworks for delivery
  • Calm under pressure and able to manage risk and stakeholders
  • Skilled at creating artefacts for the management of visualisation of scope and schedule
  • Excellent leader that can push a team to create relative sized backlogs
  • Experienced at managing the impact of a team's velocity against a preliminary prediction.
