Here at MRJ we’re working with a leading eComm brands in the UK, a multibranch corporation with a reputation amongst the marketplace for excellence, both with their clients and employees. It’s been hard-wired in the DNA of the company ever since its inception, and it continues to drive everything they do.
Well ahead of their competitors, they’re now looking for an experienced eComm Exec to utilise advanced tech and innovative approaches to strengthen their digital footprint.
Hybrid working with 4 days a week in MCR office
With huge control over the brand’s e-comm strategy, you’ll collab with various teams to optimise their online platform, drive sales, and optimise the customer experience throughout the purchasing process – overall, its a great opportunity for someone looking for that next step in their career alongside a brand open to suggestions on how best to grow.
Key tasks include:
- Manage and maintain the e-commerce platform.
- Create and optimise product listings and descriptions.
- Oversee online merchandise, utilising data from product and buying teams.
- Update website content through CMS.
- Implement pricing rules for seasonal promotions.
- Monitor and analyse website performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities to enhance website performance, conversion rates, and sales.
- Collaborate with the Digital team to ensure data accuracy.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on e-commerce KPIs.
Candidate requirements:
- Shopify expertise
- Analytical skills (Google Analytics)
- Strong communication and organisation
- Creative mindset
- Data management (CSV)
- E-commerce passion
- Teamwork
- Commercial awareness
- Luxury/fashion experience
- 2+ years e-commerce experience
