Engineering Manager | £85k + Bonus | Manchester City Centre | 4 days p/w in the office

Responsibilities:
- Drive the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to operation.
- Own end-to-end solutions, managing feature delivery, maintenance, improvement, and future planning.
- Build and nurture a high-performing development team through recruitment, coaching, and mentorship.
- Foster a culture of quality through TDD, pairing, peer review, and static analysis.
Requirements:
- Strong development background with back-end technologies like C#, Azure Functions/Framework/SQL Server, and front-end experience in React or similar.
- Proven experience building solutions within Azure, with a preference for Logic Apps.
