Core tasks include:

  • Project Management: Plan and execute ETL projects effectively.
  • ETL Design: Review and validate ETL solution designs.
  • Technical Leadership: Guide team in ETL development and troubleshooting.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve ETL processes.
  • Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor ETL process performance.

ETL Developer - Ideal applicant:

  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's in CS, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: Rich career in ETL, data integration, and data warehousing experience. Proven project leadership.
  • Skills: Strong ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS) and programming (e.g., SQL, Python, Java). Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication. Deep understanding of data warehousing, modelling, and ETL best practices.
  • Preferred: Experience in data governance, security, and compliance. Proven project planning, execution, and risk management.
