What’s the Role?
As a Front-End Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and enhancing features that will define the future of the company’s platform. With a recent migration to a purpose built platform, you’ll be at the heart of a team that's innovating at speed, working on a tech stack that combines cutting-edge tools with proven technologies. What You’ll Do:
- Build and Optimise: Develop, customise, and implement new features that align with the company’s vision.
- Collaborate: Work with a dynamic team of developers, exchanging ideas and ensuring delivery to the highest standard.
- Mentor: Provide guidance to junior developers, helping elevate team performance.
- Own Your Work: Take responsibility for code from development to production, ensuring everything runs smoothly post-launch.
- Innovate: Push the envelope in testing, optimisation, and code quality to maintain industry-leading standards.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven Web Development Experience: Expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- TypeScript Knowledge: You understand the latest ES standards and TypeScript, and know how to apply them effectively.
- Experience with Testing: Knowledge of unit and functional testing to ensure top-quality code.
- Git Proficiency: Familiar with using Git for version control in collaborative environments.
- Team-Oriented: You’re a strong communicator and love collaborating with diverse teams to solve complex problems.
