In this critical role, you’ll ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of cutting-edge systems while leading a talented SRE team. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor an SRE team, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure systems.
  • Boost performance using monitoring, automation, and AWS best practices.
  • Manage shared services across development, testing, and production.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and product teams for seamless deployments.
  • Track and report KPIs, ensuring system reliability.
  • Maintain clear documentation and promote reliability engineering best practices.

About You:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Expertise in configuration management, IaC tools (e.g., Ansible, CloudFormation), and CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, Concourse).
  • AWS-certified (Solutions Architect/DevOps Specialist) with hands-on AWS experience.
  • Skilled in scripting (Bash, PowerShell) and programming (Python, TypeScript; Java is a plus).
  • Knowledge of ECS/Kubernetes and Windows/Linux system administration.
