We’re working with an innovative player in the entertainment and tech space, building cutting-edge digital experiences for millions of users worldwide. Following a major platform transformation, they’re now expanding their team to drive even greater innovation.
As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a Lead Test Engineer to take ownership of quality assurance across key projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make an impact on large-scale, customer-facing products.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to refine and test new solutions.
- Defining testing strategies and ensuring high standards across web, mobile, and backend applications.
- Leading a team of Test Engineers, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Troubleshooting, identifying defects, and improving testing processes.
- Keeping detailed documentation and ensuring smooth deployment of new features.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience in software testing, particularly for web and mobile platforms.
- Strong knowledge of test planning, defect tracking, and automation.
- Familiarity with API and database testing.
- Previous experience in fast-moving, data-driven environments (bonus if it’s within sports or gaming!).
- A proactive approach, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
