About the Role

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the agency's growth strategy, setting ambitious revenue targets and executing a roadmap for expansion.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, leveraging your network and market insights.
  • Own and refine the sales strategy, ensuring it aligns with the agency’s product-driven focus.
  • Work closely with technical and creative teams to deliver solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.
