The Opportunity

As Managing Director, you’ll spearhead the agency’s growth and define its strategic vision. This role is for a hands-on product and design leader—someone who can directly shape digital strategies, oversee successful project delivery, and nurture client relationships at the C-suite level.

Your focus will be on guiding the agency to deliver intuitive, high-performing products while building credibility and trust through your expertise in product design, strategy, and execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborating with designers and engineers to create innovative, customer-focused digital products

• Proven experience as a product leader in a digital agency, SaaS company, or technology consultancy
• Expertise in user experience (UX) and customer-focused product design, with a strong delivery record
• Hands-on, client-facing experience, with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and product teams alike
