We’re working with a highly respected digital agency that’s at the forefront of delivering innovative eCommerce solutions. Known for their collaborative culture and commitment to excellence, they are searching for a Product Engineering Manager to lead a talented team of developers, shape the future of their technical delivery, and set the standard for quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Mentor: Guide and develop the team, fostering a culture of ownership, learning, and accountability.
- Drive Excellence: Oversee project planning, resource management, and process optimisation to ensure efficient delivery.
- Performance & Accountability: Keep tabs on KPIs, team performance, and deadlines and ensure through management and team nurturing that everyone is aligned and working happily and effectively.
- Uphold Standards: Maintain technical quality and innovation through robust testing, code reviews, and scalable solutions.
- Strategic Oversight: Align team objectives with business goals, manage budgets, and support recruitment efforts.
Product Engineering Manager – Core skills needed:
- Proven experience leading technical teams, ideally within eCommerce or a platform-based environment.
- Expertise handling Shopify’s entire ecosystem
- Strong technical understanding and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- A collaborative leadership style with a focus on team development and innovation.
- Comfortable managing resources, budgets, and processes at a strategic level and ensuring strict adherence.
- A passion for delivering high-quality solutions and driving continuous improvement.
