We’re looking for a dynamic, driven Product and Design Leader who is not just about strategy but is also passionate about building and delivering products that change the game. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of high-impact product deliveries, from concept to completion, ensuring successful results and client satisfaction.
• Take full ownership of project delivery, managing resources, timelines, and scope to ensure everything is executed flawlessly.
• Build credibility with clients by demonstrating a proven track record of successful product strategy and delivery.
• Be the client-facing point of contact, ensuring transparent communication and fostering strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business and product goals.
• Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset, proactively driving innovation and growth within the product portfolio.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in product leadership with a track record of building, managing, and delivering projects from start to finish.
• Hands-on experience in overseeing the complete product development lifecycle, ensuring on-time and successful delivery.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility in product strategy and execution.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving product innovation in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Location: Hybrid working from Manchester, Northwest (must be based in the UK without visa/sponsorship requests
