Our client, a pioneer in the world of online retail, is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead the development of our internal tools. As a leader in their field, they've established a strong niche with their innovative solutions.

Salary of £70k + 10% bonus


In this pivotal role, you'll oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Your deep understanding of product catalogs and APIs will be instrumental in driving our tools to success. Core tasks:


  • End-to-End Leadership: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial research and discovery to post-launch optimisation, ensuring alignment with internal user flows, NFRs, and quality standards.
  • Roadmap Alignment: Collaborate with the Product team to prioritise development efforts and ensure the Internal Product Roadmap aligns with overall business goals.
  • Business Process Improvement: Identify, analyse, and optimise processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
  • Systems Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of business processes and systems to identify areas for efficiency gains.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with departments like Marketing, Buying, Finance, Customer Service, and Fulfilment to identify and address internal user pain points and develop effective solutions.



Qualities we’re looking for:


  • 5+ years in ecommerce or internal tools
  • Proven track record of delivery in business analysis & project management
  • Experience working with engineers and designers in a cross-functional manner
  • Ability to lead key strategic initiatives, especially related to migrations
  • Experience with business process mapping and optimisation
  • Track record of working in agile environments
  • Experience with product catalogs or data migrations (preferred)
  • Efficient and solution-oriented worked that can weigh up approaches and chose the best
  • Curious and motivated to CPD
  • Works well collaboratively
  • Can balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
  • Anticipates and addresses issues in a proactive manner
  • Comfortable creating strong connections with colleagues
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
