Contract Junior to Mid-level Project Manager Opportunity - Immediate Start!

Are you a highly organised and proactive Project Manager looking for a fast-paced contract role? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join an exciting e-commerce company on a contract basic and support the smooth delivery of key projects within their contact centre operations.

What you'll do:

• Assist in keeping projects on track, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Manage escalations, risks, and governance processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Support project coordination across multiple workstreams.

We're looking for someone with:

• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Experience in governance, risk, and escalation management.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• The ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel to various locations.

Bonus points for:

• Contact/Call Centre experience.
• Familiarity with Genesys call systems.

Details:

• 6-month contract.
• Up to £400 per day.
• Immediate start.
• Location: Manchester (2 days ideally), with occasional travel across Europe (must be based in the UK without visa or sponsorship requirements)
