As Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of the brand’s growth, leading and inspiring a high-performing sales team. You'll develop and execute sales strategies, drive revenue, and exceed targets while fostering a culture of excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the sales team in driving acquisition through Bills Bundles.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase conversions.
  • Build and optimise a self-service sales model supported by targeted outreach.
  • Utilise data analytics to improve customer journey and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to enhance propositions
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales teams
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation within the team.

The ideal candidate:

  • Sales Experience: 5+ years in sales, ideally B2C within startups or high-growth companies.
  • Leadership: 3+ years managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Sales Strategy: Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies driving revenue growth.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills and experience using data for decision-making.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
  • Innovation: Open to new ideas and can effectively evaluate their potential.
  • Tech Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot CRM (preferred).
