With an ambitious 3-year expansion plan, they seek a Senior Consultant with a background in financial services & technology and transformation consulting to join them on their journey.
Location Workplace Policy: 2 days in a central London office (must be based in the UK without visa/sponsorship requirements)
Salary: £65k + 25% Bonus + Equity
Who you are:
- Background in technology and transformation consulting
- Proven track record in leading and managing program or portfolio delivery, particularly within financial services or consultancy.
- Experience navigating regulatory and financial environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Adept at managing expectations, workloads, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of both traditional and Agile project delivery methodologies.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying current within the tech industry.
- Experience with RAID methodology and managing cross-functional dependencies.
- Composed under pressure and able to deliver exceptional client service.
- Ambitious and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed expectations.
