We are hiring on behalf of an amazing SaaS and analytics company that is on the lookout for driven and skilled Contract Project Manager (12-month fixed term) to join their team on a temporary basis and oversee of client and partner onboarding, ensuring a seamless, scalable enablement process within a SaaS environment.

With data at the core of everything they do, you’ll be tasked with building strong relationships at all levels within client and partner organisations, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the enablement phase.

Core tasks include:

  • Manage onboarding projects and change requests.
  • Build strong client and partner relationships.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for projects.
  • Understand client and partner requirements.
  • Provide regular project updates and address issues.
  • Define project scope, estimate effort, and collaborate with data team.
  • Prioritise, manage, and delegate tasks.
  • Resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Contribute to departmental success and continuous improvement.

Ideal applicant:

  • Education: BA in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
  • Relevant commercial experience in project management (Prince2).
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and BI tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Experience in a cloud/software vendor environment.
