We're seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our innovative SaaS and analytics company as they continue to expand their core areas. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless client and partner onboarding, driving growth, and fostering long-lasting relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Own the Onboarding Process: Oversee end-to-end onboarding projects, from initial contact to successful implementation.
• Build Strong Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Drive Project Success: Define project scope, manage timelines, and allocate resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Problem-Solve Effectively: Identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all stakeholders.
• Promote Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer success, to ensure alignment and efficient execution.
• Continuously Improve: Analyse project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to optimise the onboarding process.

What You'll Need:

• Proven experience in project management, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira)
