Our client, an exciting start-up, is a customer-obsessed behavioural agency founded by two highly respected Google Marketing Platform experts. These experts have previously grown teams to over 400 people and looking for a personable and hard-working Mid-Weight UX Designer to join their dynamic CRO team, collaborate with cross-functional teams and use data to inform design decisions.

As a key member, you’ll play a key role in crafting high-converting user experiences that drive measurable business results well into the brand’s future.

Key tasks include:

  • Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Optimise conversions through UX audits and A/B testing.
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into design recommendations.
  • Collaborate with CRO team and stakeholders.
  • Present design concepts and foster a collaborative environment.


Working side by side and boosted by industry leaders that hate the archaic corporate culture of the past, it’s a great lead role for someone eager to be a part of a fast-paced, start-up that is disrupting the industry and poised for huge things. Ideally, you’ll have/be:

  • 3+ years of UX design, specialising in CRO and user-centric design.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
  • Familiar with A/B testing and CRO principles.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, IA, and usability.
  • Experienced in wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Skilled in user research methods and usability testing.
  • Capable of analysing data and user feedback to improve designs.
  • Experienced with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
  • Some familiarity with design systems and libraries.
  • Agency or consultancy experience (preferred but not a must)
