Together, We'll Find Answers: These questions don't have easy answers, and different people may have varying perspectives. Let's come together to discuss and collectively define the essential behaviours, skills, and impact a tester should have at different career stages.

What We'll Do:

We'll start by getting together to write down various things we all think are valuable for testers to be able to do. Once we've mapped that out we can set about building a Skill Tree. A kind of map that will help us figure out when and how a tester should be exhibiting the facets we collected at the start.

This will be a great opportunity to learn how we all work, what other businesses value and give you idea's on where to go with building your own skill tree.

But that's not all, after food we'll get together as a group to learn about, and set, some SMART goals to aspire to. Helping everyone leave with a small plan on how to level themselves up.
